Do I need to be home for service?

No. Most of our clients are not home when we come through. As long as we have yard access (gate code, unlocked side gate, etc.), we handle everything. You get a text when we are on the way and a notification when the job is done.

Is there a contract or signup fee?

No contract, no signup fee, no cancellation fee. You can cancel anytime with a text. We keep clients because the service works, not because of fine print.

What service frequency should I choose?

Weekly is the most popular and works for the majority of homes. Twice-weekly is best for multiple dogs or heavy yard usage. Every-other-week is available for low-use yards. Not sure? Start with weekly. You can always adjust.

What areas do you service?

We currently service Camberwell, Burwood, Glen iris & Balwyn. submit an inquiry if you are outside the service area and if we get enough intrest we can expand our service area.

Do you offer deodorizer or sanitizer treatment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Deodorizer and sanitizer add-ons are available on any plan. They help with odor and bacteria, especially on artificial turf, patios, and high-traffic zones where dogs spend the most time.

What if you miss a spot or I am not happy with a visit?

Text or call us. If we missed something, we come back and fix it. No charge, no argument.

What if my dog is loose in the yard?

Let us know during signup. Most dogs are fine with us in the yard.
